RC4 is an encryption method that xbox uses, mainly for account files, and probably behind the scene.

I imagine that it means they have changed the method that process the cyphered block.
It shouldn't have any effect on the end user.

Basically they didn't change the processing of the block, but just add a salt of the beginning of RC4 data, ^ apparently they cant grab the salt needed.
I imagine they will find a way around it, but just in case if you want to RGH don't update.
