I've been looking for some Gamerpictures for quite a while (Containing Anime Obviously) and i've finally managed to find some.

Although My Japanese account needed Microsoft Points to Download them, i managed to find them using Horizon.

Searching for the Games no Doesnt work, you need to Search for the Media ID :x

You can Download Gamerpictures, themes, demos etc regardless of the region :x
as for the full games i think they are region locked i dont remember and im to tired to care x.x
