Record your voice as well has others?

So im getting a HDPVR soon and ive been looking around on how to record and start live streams and I understand it but the thing I need to know is how to record my voice and the other players voice because when you set it to "play through both" it will record others voice but not your own voice. Ive seen some livestreams that do it so there must be a way.

I was thinking of using the turtle beaches because you can plug it into your computer and have it record while talking on xbox but I would need a way to merge the HDPVR audio and my mic audio all in one.

Yeah i was thinking the same bc I just got my pvr a few days ago. I havent really found a good way to stream yet either =/

I think there might be a capture card that can record your voice too.

Not too sure but it's a possibility.

You have to got to settings>Preferences>Voice Control>Play through Headset and TV and your TV has to be off mute. Then you can hear fanboys and such on saved record :P

I don't think that what he meant. He trying to get his voice saved within the videos. For example like you said you can hear ppl through your tv but how do you get your own voice to come out? Like basically how do u add commentary voice to a video is what the question might be

Adding Comentary is completely different unless you want to do it while playing the gay which would be stupid, lol

For commentary you need a seperate mic or headset for your PC and record through audacity or any audio program.

But if you play through headset and TV you can hear your own voice and other players when you have finished recording that clip and it is on your saved files.

well first I was thinking about making videos and adding voices to them later. Might be pretty fun :) And for the last part I'm gonna have to test out agaian and maybe I did something wrong. But if this is the way to get your friends, random ppl and yourself voice into the video THEN! thank you sir :)

i've always tried to figure out how to record my voice when playing xbox aswell. It always only records other players but not your own.
I've known other people that go through such hard work as to syncing there voices with everything through pc. They'd have a computer/computer mic near them and record there voice then edit and just throw it all in. But as i said, that's just too much work and time consuming. It would be helpful if someone knew of another and easier way to record you own voice aswell at the same time recording the other players.

Reminds me when I'm in a Black Ops lobby and I have my iPhone out with the "Bleep Button" app and saying "you stupid *bleep*, go *bleep* yourself" and everyone would crack up and laugh so hard.

Should do that whenever you record the videos and voicings. :D
