Which is better, for overall experience with the controller and customer support?

I'm either going to get the 5-mode controller from rapidmodz 2010 Edition "Black" Trigger 5 Mode Rapid fire > Xbox 360 Modded Controller | RapidModz.com
or the master Mod from evil controllers Master Mod

They are all modified Microsoft Controllers, so the controller itself would handle like any other controller, and you really shouldn't have to worry about customer service when buying a controller, you buy it, then all you have to worry about is replacing the Batteries.
