You can with EasyGT 2.2, but you'll get perma-banned from the servers. :/ Don't do it.

Yes you can, it requires 2 controllers but you can. If you do get caught doing it you get banned from being able to play Black Ops online (their servers) so GL to you if you wana try.

They are pretty stricted my friend modded his gamertag and got banned after 15 mins on while he was online.

You Can Mod Your Gamerscore,Avatar,Gamesaves,The Years played On Live, Get Free Arcade Games,DLC, And Games on Demand... Theres more but thats all i could think of off the top of my head
