Avatar Question...........

I have a already banned 360...and i just bought a new 250gb hardrive for it..an i put my old offline gamertag on it. But i notice my avatar is not there. And when i click on the custom avatar...it says i needed to update my dashboard. Weird..i made my other avatar not connected to live. Well my question is....what will happen if i update to that newest dashboard they put out on Nov 1st? Will that do anything to my modded xbox thats already banned and not connected to the internet? Thanks.

That's...never happened to me before. I guess you should update to the newest dash since they came out with a new freeboot
