Nope. Bought it brand new in March(I think) for Twisted Metal. Played it for 3 days and haven't touched it since. I even bought Turtle Beaches for it and I've never even used them.

It's updated all the way and I'm not really concerned with a hacked console. I just sold all of my modded Xboxs and only have retail consoles now.

if you buy an E3 Flasher you can dual boot firmwares.
and damn, It's just a really fun experience.
