This happened to me when I renamed my save files. If you did that then just return to them their original name, eitherwise I have no advice for you dude :/
Also ... rehash and resign in modio?

Is rehash and resign required for PC modding?

No, it isn't. Only for the 360.

First, just wanted to say thanks for the app, works great!!
My question is, is there any way to change the base damage of a weapon. Meaning if a combat rifle is 250 damage when looted. Can the 250 be changed without changing any parts of the weapon? Using willow tree or is that something I would have to use a hex edit program to do?

There will be three values under the weapon parts in Willow Tree that look like this for example:

    108
    2
    0

What you need to do is change the middle value to 5 to increase the quality of the weapon thus making the damage higher. Hope this helps

First off, you shouldn't ever need to use a hex editor if you have WillowTree. It preserves 99% of the save when opening and allows you to easily edit all of it.

As for the damage thing, when you click on the weapon in WillowTree you can increase the "quality" value up to 5. The only down side is that it will also increase the level requirement. The only way to increase damage without increasing the level requirement is to change parts. You can look for parts to change along with their effects here.

Thank you very much for the response XanderChaos. I will look into the quality value of the weapons.
