    Default Windows 8 becoming buggy...

So, I've been running Windows 8 for about 2 months now and it's actually becoming really bad. Things are becoming slower and things are becoming less responsive. I actually have brand new hardware, and all the programs I used to use are becoming un-usable...

    System:

    Processor

    6GB ram

    not sure about mobo

    Windows 8 Pro, build 9200

Have you tried rebooting into Safe Mode and see if the problem perstists ? Maybe something you installed is interfering with Windows, when I installed Punkbuster in Win8 it started crashing randomly...

My Windows 8 started locking up when I installed a compatible Anti Virus and since I have uninstalled it I have my speed back!

Another thing you could try is stoping programs from booting with windows in the Task Manager. Just turn things like Apple iTunes managers and such like off and they will boot themselves when you actually need them.

I don't run any anti viruses "/ Just seems to be slowing down, and becoming less responsive... Kinda annoying, back to Windows 7 soon

if you don't run any in most cases I would say you've got an infection, as for me im also in win 8 pro 9200 having no problems and also no compatibility issues.

I told you it was a terrible OS.
OT: Only real suggestion I have is to check what is running at the time it begins to slow.

My Windows 7 is still slower than my Windows 8 and I have had it since Olyboi2 frist got hold of the Keys so you must have installed something that has cause this issue or something (as someone else pointed out) is infected because other then the Anti Virus I installed, mines been as speedy as ever.
