Thank you for this, issue should be resolved now, however you may have to do a hard-refresh Ctrl+Shift+R in chrome or FF.

I used CCleaner and ran malwarebytes, and that error still shows >.<

edit: I can get on with HideMyAss ( Only just, it's slow as **** ).

If you want you can pm me your IP and I can make sure you're not somehow on my servers ban list, also could try having the server traceroute you see if it can get there.
