So if I'm not correct, you would find a game, click download, it would find the correct profile, and then download the game and profile in a specified location of your choice?

You choose a XBLA GAME, and hit download. The will download the game, and display which profile it needs.
Then you wait till it finishes downloading the game, and click the Profile button, and it downloads that profile.
They will be saved in the same location of the program.
