I am wondering how much it would cost me to get someone to make a programme which will say a food recipe by asking a few standard questions like.

Which Meat would you like ?
Vegetables would you like ?

Basically it brings up a meal which is best suited to the options you want on that night. Say I want like 150-200 meal options for final results. Thanks.

I think that would be a big task unless someone has access to a database full of different recipes. Other than that, I see no reason in it being a difficult task.

Just how ever much the person would charge, has to be at some limit though :). How much would you want for your services ?
