Xplorer not working :S

Ok I have used xlorer before as I have a 20gb, and whenever I go to start up xplorer it says 'The program can't start because MSVCR71.dll iis missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix it.'

For a start you don't install it? And that file doesn't come with any of the ones I have downloaded. I am on the final release of Windows 7 I have my migration kit obv. Help please :) Btw I have tried to download different ones no luck :(

MSVCR71.dll randomly appeared in the same folder as my xplorer360, I can upload if if you want.
