[Xbox360] Modding a gamertag?

Hello! One of my friend told me that he changed his gamertag by using Modio. So I wanted to know, is it true? And if Yes, how can I do this? Thank you for your help.

You can't as that would be changing information on the Xbox LIVE database, which Modio cannot do.

It was possible to mod a gamertag but if you do it now it will corrupt your Gamer Profile.

Edit: Not with Modio that is..... Just so a ***storm doesn't brew up......

Unless he did it a while ago in which case its true. As perviously said modio USED TO contain said feature.

its impossible to mod a gamertag name
you be able to mod your gamerscore but not the name
even if he did it awile back, xboxlive would have banned him
since xboxlive is keeping close tabs on gamertag changes.
