The "Download a Gamesave" feature has been disabled until the next update. (Modio 4.0)

If you are talking about the Modio download link here it is " MEGAUPLOAD - The leading online storage and file delivery service " If you're talking about the gamesave sharer it's not working until Modio 4.0 is released. There is no ETA for Modio 4.
