Street fighter X tekken extra characters...

Hi does anyone know how to mod the save game for street fighter X tekken so that it unlocks the extra 14 characters and costumes???.....There's a file on modio, but it doesnt seem to actually do anything....please help.

so....noone plays and mods new games on here??......it seems everyone is just playing games that have been out for 8 years.
