Need helping modding Oblivion
I am not a VIP, why do I have to be VIP to do mods for Oblivion? And I want to do mods on Fallout 3 and Morrowind but there is Fallout but no Morrowind and I just want to get mods onto my Xbox360. Can anyone help me find a Modding Program so I can have modded saves from someone onto my Xbox360? If you can, thx.

Maybe looking around something called the internet would of been more help full and less time consuming than making a profile just to complain about not having VIP.

I joined a few hours ago and already helped someone with a mod, =D I don't know what this VIP thing is lol
