MW3 mod menu for xbox 360

hey guys im new to moding mw3 i could use some help im trying to host a prestige lobby for me and some of my friends is there anyway i can do that with a usb or what do i need to do it. if i have to have a jtag i cant do it but if i can get it done for me i will pay 1600 msp for someone to host the lobby for me and my friends....

You can't do it with a USB. CoD already sucks and with you kiddies trying to screw it up even more...
