I have been defeated by Modio and Xbox

Ok guys, Im a noob to the xbox, But im a very competent hacker when it comes to anything else.

I had to delete my profile (which i made offline) in order to recover my gamertag (which i made on xbox.com a week after buying my xbox)

Anyway, it turns out that the gamesaves from my original profile wouldnt work with the new profile. So that lead me to Modio.

Ive tried a million times, watched a million videos, read a million threads. Ive managed to successfully download a save, transfer it to my xbox (after rehash / resign / change ID's) But when i load the game up it just hangs at the start screen.

Im NOT looking for help, i have accepted defeat and i am just going to re-play the games until i reach the point where i was before this whole mess started.

I just wanted to rant about my sad lonely pathetic life :( where my biggest issue is losing a gamesave lol

I was / am a happy ps3 user for 5 years... never encountered strange things like this with that. But never mind i have both consoles because im a geek.

Well, if you still have the saves, you could always try using Horizon instead to see if that would work for you.

Just trying to help him, seeing as Modio isn't working for him. I don't look at it as a competition. I use both tools.

You could also use CONcept 0.3 by FeudalNate to resign all of your saves. Have had 0 issues with his resigner working with any and all of my game saves.

thanks a lot guys, i did accept defeat, but now im un accepting defeat and trying an alternative method :)

i just hate to be beaten by stupid things like this, its more a matter of principal than anything else

Thanks mate, but ive come up trumps with Horizon :D its a lot simpler than modio IMO i have successfully achieved my goal, I am not in to this modding for cheating purposes, Merely to get back my saved data from a deleted account.

However........... I wouldnt mind a gamesave for forza motorsport 2... The 'download gamesave' option in modio isnt working.. just forever loading.

any advice with this ?

yes, but my original profile was deleted, however the gamesave was not, my whole intention is to get that gamesave to my new profile so i can continue where i left of.
