How do I mod my GTA IV game?

I have GTA IV and I want to put custom cars and weapons on. How do I do this without using an ISO thing? I can't burn any disks with my computer or read any disks either. I can though use my USB. I was also told by someone I need a Xbox 360 USB to put the mods on. Please someone tell me how I am supposed to do this. I gave you all the information I have that is useful.

It is impossible to do that with out iso mods and you can't add custom weapons or vehicles into GTA IV on the xbox 360 you can only modify what the weapons do with the iso mods.

With what you want to do, you will need a JTAG.

You cant. And you can use a regular usb, as long as its formatted for xbox. If you have a usb over 16GB, then only 16GB can be used fro Xbox 360 storage.
