How do i download the modio version that i will need to mod games like ( red dead redemption, gta iv ) and games like halo reach , saints row 3, for xbox 360 , plzzz help me !!!!!! :/

hmm but when its downloaded i click on it and its just writing on paper basicly ther is no app to click on?
