Help with mw3 mod

hey everyone. im new here and i have a quick question. i downloaded the files for an aimbot for mw3 on xbox. in the files was notepad files of in game settings like this (copy and pasted from notepad)

among many of thousands of lines and the modio program. i figured thats if modio was in the folder then i must use it to get the mod working. i cant find any helper for how to get evrything working. so my question basically is this - if i have my gamertag on my usb and all these lines of code, how to i get them all together and on my gamertag and my xbox and get playing with the mods. thx in advance

in order to play with those mods on your xbox, i'm pretty sure you have to either jtag or rgh it. i could be wrong though.
