Default School Policies That Are Unconstitutional

Recently I've been assigned a project under the category of "Teen Issues". My assignment involved Students Rights, and I immediatly began to think of school dress code policies.

Here is an example of a school dress code policy:

After thinking about it, I've come to conclusion that Dress Code Policies are unconstitutional.

    Bill of Rights:
List of amendments to the United States Constitution - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A dress code breaks the first ammendment by denying a student the right of free speech and expression. Just think about this, a government building is telling you what you can and cannot wear, and if you break this policy than you will be open to receiving punishment which can limit your ability of a school education.

    My Conclusion:
I believe that this is not right for the government to limit us students on what we can and cannot wear. However, I'm not saying I want students to be walking around wearing shirts that have profanity and profane images, I just believe we shouldn't be restricted of what is rightfully ours.

What are your opinions guys? What other rights are you denied having?

*For people who might believe I'm doing this as homework help, I've already completed my project I'd just like to hear what others think of the situation.*

In my school the thesis is one sentence and it goes at the end of the first paragraph as well as the first sentence (rephrased) in the conclusion. Also, you are not aloud to use "I". Not sure if that is a general way of writing, but if it is you may want to revise yours.

    I live in Florida.

I can absolutely see where you are coming from. My school does not really limit the way we dress, to be honest. Tons of people have tatoos and a group of my friends bought sweaters that say "Fuck Education" and wear them to class to mock the teachers. I generally dress stylish, with a sick hat, shirt, undershirt, and black skinny jeans. I always get chicks on my D for wrecking a mad style :P
