    Motherboard > GPU.

I'd spend more on the motherboard than video card. In the long run, it will benefit you. Cause right now, I gotta buy a new one cause mine is ****.

If you're looking to just get into computer gaming, and learning nothing about computers, get a ****ty mobo, and stronger gpu, and go AMD processor. Saves you money and will eventually let you save up to buy a really good gaming pc.

I used to always go for a cheap case at the start or use one from an older pc i had, that way i could spend more on the pc parts starting off.
Then after about a month or two, i'd buy myself a really good pc case, switch it all out.

You'll be able to spend more on the more necessary parts and have some better performance because of that extra money you'll be able to spend.

I'd actually go with Phillips build. You'll get better performance in games, because of the better graphics card.
