Obviously for social engineering. Your trying to get a new product and they asked for a picture. Just use photoshop if you have skills in it.

Not for social engineering for fuck sakes. Ever think maybe I already own one and it's broken and I'd like to fix it? Stop assuming things.
And actually, I just got my Logitech G35 RMA'd, but I'd like to fix mine since I don't have to send my broken one in. Fuck.
