I wouldn't mind letting it use my win7 partition if it weren't for the fact i had 40GB+ of games which I really don't feel like downloading from Steam again. And I also don't want it overwriting my Chimera Boot-loader for Mountain Lion.

Win8 makes me cringe.
Torrent Mountain Lion, and install it on the partition that Win8 was going on.

Only one downside to this is: 30 day trial and then you loose personalisation features! Anyone found a Key or a way round this as it's going to be annoying with all the messages keep poping up.

Windows 8 is gay. That is all.
Actually no that isn't all. I just tried it onto my Dad's PC (backed up his shit) and I don't like the UI at ALL. I'll be pretty pissed if future games for PC are NOT backwards compatible to Windows 7. It'll be like a huge cock slap from Microsoft. I can already see BF4 and COD needing stupid 8.

BF3 and Steam Games all work and are a lot smother on Windows 8 Release Preview but there is some software that is buggy like Fraps (you can't capture anything inc. screenshots). Everything I've tried has worked other than an odd few things. I'm actually reluctant to install this Final Copy as after the 30 day trial it's said to reboot every hour and you loose customisation (as I mentioned about). If anyone finds out how to bypass this let us know because it will make it worth while installing over the Release Preview.
