1.) Go here Xbox Skins - Xbox 360 Skins - Custom Skins for Xbox Controllers and Game Consoles from Skin It

2.) Select your Console/Controller

3.) Create your design with any images you like

4.) Pay (Not that expensive usually around $30-$40 depending on what device you have)

5.) Profit?!

You can do this for laptops/ipods/phones and much more, pretty sick
