iCloud
What exactly can I do with this? How does it benefit me in any way? Can I take things stored on my regular memory and move it to that?

Pretty much it saves all your stuff on a sever & if you get a new iPhone or iPod you could just get all your stuff off iCloud and not sync it all off iTunes. It also saves things you don't need at the moment so it don't back up your phone
