    Default Import pics? C4D

How would I go about importing pictures into C4D, WITH the transparent background, if it has one? I need a simple way to do it.

I already tried making it the texture of a plane, but it comes out with a white background. Halp, pl0x?

I'm not a 100% sure on what your trying to accomplish.... Maybe a clipping-mask and setting the layer to Screen.... idk give me an example of what your trying to do.

Why not just export as a .PSD and open in Photoshop then add the picture? That's what I do.

Whenever I export as .TIFF or .PSD I just get a "Background" layer. And besides, I think I would wanna put the pics in with C4D instead.

So just make the C4D with no background and when it's in Photoshop use the magic wand to take out the black background? It's simple, and I don't think you can add pictures to C4D, I don't see how you would be able to use them like that anyways, since it's not really an image editing program.

Maybe I could get creative with what I made if it had a transparent background.
