Animation Help

So i need help with my animations, i just made this warthog drive, but it doesnt look good enough, any suggestions on how i can make it. . .more fluid or realistic?

Possibly a background? The wheels also don't seem to be turning to me.

A background, but make the background a little wider than the canvas, so as the warthog moves to the left. Move the background at a quarter of that speed but to the right. It makes smooth, and way realistic in the sense of speed.
